Your class will be writing ONE group paragraph(s) for the story (not each student). The first class will write the intro paragraph(s). Then the next class will read the paragraph(s) and decide how they want to continue the story. This will continue until the last class on the list writes the ending and gives the story a title. Your paragraph(s) will be typed onto this Wiki page. You will also need to send (email as .jpg) the 3 pictures to your Teacher Leader. The pictures should illustrate events in the section that your class wrote.

Please visit the Instructions Page for more information.

Please add your information to the chart. This way your classes can "see" where the story is traveling and have a chance to actually "meet" some of the students who collaborate on their story.

Title (Given by the last class):

Start your story here:
On a very hot day of july a little girl name Lilly and her friend Jessy were walking to the park. On their way they tripped over something shiny like a shooting star. Lilly was so excited because she saw a treasure on the floor. Lilly said, "let's keep this treasure as a secret between us". Jessy had a brilliant idea of taking the treasure to the club house to keep it away from everybody else. Jessy went back to her house to get the little red wagon that her grandma gave her for her birthday, while Lilly was keeping an eye on the treasure.
For a moment they both said, "maybe is not a good idea to have the treasure in our "Club House" someone might steal it." But then they both agreed they could hide it in the closet.

A couple of days later Lilly came to her closet and said, "what happened to the treasure?" It had disappeared! There was a hole in the treehouse floor! Lilly could see footprints leading away from the treehouse. She quickly ran for Jessy, and they followed the muddy footprints back to the park. There was no sign of the treasure or the owner of the prints! Lilly and Jessy continued following the tracks to an old mansion. They snuck in a small door to the basement...hearing it slam shut behind them. Frightened, Lilly and Jessy realized there was no way out! "Help!," they both began to yell at the top of their lungs banging on the little door.

Since no one heard their cries they tried to come up with another plan. So, they looked for some bricks that came out of the basement wall to climb up to the window. But, even though they reached it, they couldn't find any tools to break it and the window was stuck shut. So, they spent the night sleeping on piles of dirt in a bag and under an old blanket. When morning came, the little girl who lived in the mansion wanted to show her grandpa the sparkly thing she found. But, instead she found Lilly and Jessy! All of the new friends decided to use teamwork to figure out what to do with the star.
