Your class will be writing ONE group paragraph(s) for the story (not each student). The first class will write the intro paragraph(s). Then the next class will read the paragraph(s) and decide how they want to continue the story. This will continue until the last class on the list writes the ending and gives the story a title. Your paragraph(s) will be typed onto this Wiki page. You will also need to send (email as .jpg) the 3 pictures to your Teacher Leader. The pictures should illustrate events in the section that your class wrote.

Please visit the Instructions Page for more information.

Please add your information to the chart. This way your classes can "see" where the story is traveling and have a chance to actually "meet" some of the students who collaborate on their story.

Title (Given by the last class):

Start your story here:
One Christmas Eve morning, a family arrived at the City Plaza Hotel. The triplets, CeCe, Simon, and Nate, began to unpack their suitcases. Unfortunately, they didn’t know it was a haunted hotel. Cece heard a loud sound coming from her room. The triplets opened the bedroom door, but they didn’t see anyone. However, the children felt they weren’t alone.

Suddenly, the lights began flickering on and off. The frightened children quickly run to find their mom and dad but dont' see them anywhere in their room. Cece, remembers their parents had left earlier to attend a grand gala costume ball downstairs in the hotel ballroom. To get their minds off of the loud screams and flickering lights, the triplets decide to play a game. They sit on their beds and begin to play Truth or Dare. Simon takes his turn first, "Nate, truth or dare?" He chooses dare. "I dare you to go in the dark closet, close the door, and stay in there alone for 2 minutes," dares Simon. Nate reluctantly walks to the closet. Cece and Simon begin the countdown...
2 minutes--"I'm not scared," Nate announces proudly,
1 minute --"Still not scared," he says nervously,
30 seconds--"Anything getting you?" taunts Cece,
10, 9, 8, 7, 6--silence,
5, 4, 3, 2--still no sound, 1--nothing.
ZERO--No sound comes from the closet and the door does not open. Simon slowly opens the door and looks inside. Nate is not there. Cece runs to look, thinking Simon is playing a joke on her. She fumbles through the jackets and suitcases--Nate is not there!
