Your class will be writing ONE group paragraph(s) for the story (not each student). The first class will write the intro paragraph(s). Then the next class will read the paragraph(s) and decide how they want to continue the story. This will continue until the last class on the list writes the ending and gives the story a title. Your paragraph(s) will be typed onto this Wiki page. You will also need to send (email as .jpg) the 3 pictures to your Teacher Leader. The pictures should illustrate events in the section that your class wrote.

Please visit the Instructions Page for more information.

Please add your information to the chart. This way your classes can "see" where the story is traveling and have a chance to actually "meet" some of the students who collaborate on their story.

Title (Given by the last class):

Start your story here:

The Simon family was on a cruise when a huge thunderstorm separated everyone from the boat. When they washed up on the shores of the beach, they saw small, adorable elves waving at them. They took a closer look and they saw an elf with cute eyes snuggling with a baby deer. At first, the elf paid no attention to them, but then he turned around and smiled. He had no teeth, but fangs! Half of his ear was chopped off and there were strange markings all over his legs. The Simon family slowly waled toward the elf, but when the elf charged toward them, they screamed and ran into the woods. Unbeknown to them, several elves lived on this island, mostly guarded by elves and water demons. In the woods, they found a small hut and decided to live there until they could find some way to communicate with someone. Hopefully, once they got in touch with another person, they would be able to leave. The Simon family was very frightened. Time passed and the Simons became hungry. The father walked out of the hut to find some food. When he saw berries in a bush he thought he should eat them. He reached out into the bush and something bit him.

Mr. Simon suddenly screamed in horror. He looked in the bush and saw a bush demon.

"Oh no!" he yelled.

He knew that if you were bitten by a bush demon, you would become one as well. Suddenly, the Simon family became frantic. They had to find an antidote. They began taking shifts. One looked outside while the other one gathered potential weapons and food. Soon, they found that they have made many weapons and were prepared to fight the elves and other creaatures for the island. Then the time came, other creatures came. An armadillo, monkey, pigs, and rhinos lined up around the island. Suddenly, Mrs. Simon started acting up. Strange, very strange.

"Mom! What's wrong with you? asked Terrance. "Did you get bitten too?!" As he spoke, Mrs. Simon's body sprouted twigs and leaves. Her eyes turned red and Terrance ran to his brother and sister and told them what had happened. They ran to grab some twine and they tied their parents to a tree. Meanwhile, the whole army closed in.

Terrance, Raul, and Vanessa were very scared. Just then, Vanessa remembered she had her cell phone in her pocket. She took a picture of her parents and sent it to the Air Force hoping against hope that they would come and rescue them.
