Your class will be writing ONE group paragraph(s) for the story (not each student). The first class will write the intro paragraph(s). Then the next class will read the paragraph(s) and decide how they want to continue the story. This will continue until the last class on the list writes the ending and gives the story a title. Your paragraph(s) will be typed onto this Wiki page. You will also need to send (email as .jpg) the 3 pictures to your Teacher Leader. The pictures should illustrate events in the section that your class wrote.

Please visit the Instructions Page for more information.

Please add your information to the chart. This way your classes can "see" where the story is traveling and have a chance to actually "meet" some of the students who collaborate on their story.

Title (Given by the last class):

Start your story here:
The year was 5053. In Batavia, Illinois, three scientists created a time machine. Out of curiosity, the scientists decided to teleport themselves to Mount Cheese, Africa. In Mount Cheese, everyone was a mouse. When they arrived, they met a mouse named Cheezo. He drove a cheese convertible that he stole from The Mouse King. The scientists learned that Cheezo was indebted to The Mouse King. He had to pay him back five pounds worth of Swiss Cheese Mountino. The problem was Swiss Cheese Mountino was guarded by a humongous cat! Ben, one of the scientists from Batavia, met with Cheezo. "Cheezo, me and my fellow scientists will help you get the Swiss cheese and outsmart the cat," Ben announced. "Oh, thank you, thank you Ben. I would be so grateful to your if you help me. I will show you around Mount Cheese and introduce you to everyone that you want for helping me." Cheezo then bowed to the scientists and sat down, ready to listen to their plan. The scientists created a cheese volcano that was full of sour milk. They made their way to the mountain in Cheese's convertible. They caught a glimpse of the cat guarding the bottom of the mountain. The cat was a hundred times bigger than they had ever imagined . . .

The mountain, Swiss Cheese Mountino, was formerly known as Mount Kilimanjaro until it got shot with the Swiss Cheese ray-gun that the Mouse King invented. This caused the mountain to be full of holes, that led to tunnels, that led deep into the depths of the mountain to the Mouse King's lairs where he held many other mice in a debtors prison because they all owed the king five pounds of Swiss cheese. The cat's name was Tiny, and he stood 400ft tall from the tip of his toes to the point of his ears. The scientists knew that if they could get the cat to drink the sour milk from their cheese volcano, it would cause the cat to go into a deep sleep long enough for them to rescue the mice and get the Swiss cheese. As they exited their convertible, they realized their plan was going to be harder to execute than they thought...

The giant cat, Tiny is guarding the mountain from behind a huge electric fence. Cheezo, Ben, Paul and Jane did not know there would be another obstacle they would have to overcome. As they sat discussing a new plan from inside their car, Tiny must have smelled them because all of a sudden he jumped up and revealed his second ugly head. Cheezo and the scientists were flabbergasted and at the same time terrified. How are they going to get past an electric fence? How are they going to get both of Tiny’s heads to drink the sour milk? They realize they must come up with a new plan. Fortunately, for them, being the creative scientists they are, they build high-powered jet packs out of the extra cheese they have in the trunk of their car. Before using the pack to fly over the electric fence, they carefully heat up some cheese which they then drop on the fence to disable the electric current. Ben, Paul, Jane and Cheezo successfully make it over the fence without getting electrocuted or seen by either of Tiny’s heads. The second plan of attack is to get Tiny to drink the sour milk. As Cheezo distracts one of Tiny’s heads, Paul shakes the sour milk volcano and squirts the milk straight into Tiny’s mouth. He drinks it and before they know it, one of Tiny’s heads drops straight to the ground, bringing the other head with it. Jane, Ben and Paul quickly gather their things and head into the mountain. Jane asks Cheezo, “Is there anything else we should know about before we enter that mountain?” Cheezo replies, “Well actually there is one more thing…”
