Your class will be writing ONE group paragraph(s) for the story (not each student). The first class will write the intro paragraph(s). Then the next class will read the paragraph(s) and decide how they want to continue the story. This will continue until the last class on the list writes the ending and gives the story a title. Your paragraph(s) will be typed onto this Wiki page. You will also need to send (email as .jpg) the 3 pictures to your Teacher Leader. The pictures should illustrate events in the section that your class wrote.
Please visit the
for more information.
Please add your information to the chart. This way your classes can "see" where the story is traveling and have a chance to actually "meet" some of the students who collaborate on their story.

Start your story here:
There once was a zebra with rainbow stripes, whose name was Fruit Kabob. You can find Fruit Kabob dancing in the elements of Rainbow Island. If you were to visit Rainbow Island, you would find chocolate rivers, cotton candy trees, strawberry ice cream snow, and bushes made of Skittles.
Fruit Kabob loved to read. She loved mystery books and books about cooking and fancy princess parties. Skipping with the leprechans was her favorite activity.
One day, a foreign boat landed on Rainbow Island. They had heard about a rare species of zebra living on this island. These visitors carried long bows and arrows. Their leader had a big, bushy mustache.
As the visitors approached this scrumptious island, they surveyed the island and spotted thousands of silver, shimmering objects glowing in the cotton candy trees. "OMG! What are those?" shouted the shocked visitors, "Are those eyes?" "Don't be silly. Those are just lights shining from the cotton candy trees in preparation for our huge winter carnival," said a mysterious voice from the shore. It was the sneeky spy, Love Monkey, standing on the sugary beach of Rainbow Island. You see, Love Monkey was exiled by the inhabitants of Rainbow Island because he loved to eat all the candy. Now, Love Monkey wanted his revenge against Fruit Kabob so he secretly sent a map to Mario, who, by the way, has a big, bushy mustache.
Then Mario (the man with the big bushy mustache) ordered some of his workers to start cutting down the trees so he could sell the cotton candy at his carnival back home. “Now to find those zebras” said Mario. Love monkey directed them to the valley of marshmallows where the rainbow zebras lived. After that the man with the big bushy mustache let out an evil chuckle. When Mario and the visitors reached the valley of marshmallows they saw hundreds of rainbow zebras eating the gummy grass. At once Mario threw a net over a zebra, put it in a cage, and ordered someone to take it back to the ship. “No”! cried Fruit Kabob .
