If you would like to share information about you: email address, Skype name, Twitter name, etc., please feel free to add it to the chart. Some teachers mentioned that they would like to actually "meet" some of the students that work on their story.

Your class will be writing ONE group paragraph(s) for the story (not each student). The first class will write the intro paragraph(s). Then the next class will read the paragraph(s) and decide how they want to continue the story. This will continue until the last class on the list writes the ending and gives the story a title. Your paragraph(s) will be typed onto this Wiki page. You will also need to send (email as .jpg) the 3 pictures to me. The pictures should illustrate events in the section that your class wrote. Illustrations can be drawn and photographed or created using a computer program such as Kidpix.

The Frogs' Awesome Home

There is a little frog who lives in a castle in New York. He sees another frog that is a Queen. They are King and Queen Frog. They castle where they live is called Froggy Castle. The castle has bugs in it and all of a sudden the flies started eating the cheese walls. The grogs get mad for the flies eating the wall and they decide to eat the bugs. All of a sudden the ground starts to shake and everything splits in half. The beautiful castle sings and king frog builds another castle made out of Golden Delicious Apples. The apples are great walls until they start to get gooey and need to be fixed. They can’t fix the apples to the walls get squishy and melt into the ground.
King Frog and Queen Frog were not having good luck using food to build their castle. They decided to find a frog architect to help them. They looked all around the giant, cold, scary bog. The only thing they came upon was a hairy, polka-dotted dragon. The dragon told them to use vines and branches from the bog to build their castle. As the froggy workers cut vines and branches , along came a monstrous, whirling…………..

So quickly the hairy monster starts cutting vines and branches with his long fingernails. When he was finished the polka-dotted dragon put a bunch of wood on his back and flew to New York, where he helped the frogs to build a new strong wood castle. This castle is high and it has a big flag on the top with the words “Frog’s Home”…

Finally, the frogs have a home that bugs can’t eat and won’t melt to the ground. They are extremely happy! So, they decided to write a thank you note to the dragon and the monster for all their kindness and hard work. The next day they moved into their new home and dazzled it with new rocks, ponds, and lily pads. Just what frogs like! They felt so terrible for the bugs and flies that they ate, they decided to send the new flies and bugs to Hawaii where they could live peacefully in food houses. Thank goodness those bugs and flies are gone! And all the animals lived happily ever after! The end!
